| In order to schedule a course using videoconferencing, the Scheduling Form must be filled out and faxed to the UOVNSS Scheduler at 208-885-4039. |

UOVNSS Scheduling Policy for Finals Week |

| Effective 04/21/03, UOVNSS will now follow the University of Idaho's finals week guidelines posted by the registrar's office for scheduling all video conferencing facilities. This schedule can normally be expected to post 10 days from the start of each semester. |

| To accomodate all other conferences, meetings and seminars, UOVNSS will accept requests for finals week prior to the posting of the finals schedule, however, each request will be held pending the posting of the final university schedule. In the case of conflicts, UOVNSS will make every effort to find an alternate time slot. |
